The sponsors of the Website may have thought it unnecessary to include information on the nature and function of the foreskin, since the expected readers are foreskinned men.
The Website, in an egregious display of insensitivity to the feelings of its intact patrons, uses the outmoded, offensive, Biblical epithet "uncircumcised" to describe their condition.
