Circumcision promotion

In 1930, when he was working at the Dilts Memorial Hospital in Batang, Szechuan (China), Bare claimed that he had cured a boy of epilepsy by circumcising him (see publication). In his article, he also referred to at least another circumcision promoter, L. Emmett Holt.
