Revision as of 02:28, 5 January 2020

Just like the Jews in old times used the Judaeus Pondum, some restoration methods use a weight attached to the penile skin, to use the force of gravity as a source of tension. Such methods include the foreballs, the PUD and more recently the mp. DTR and TLC-X provide some functionality to use weights.

Some do it yourself devices also use weights. Most tuggers can also use a weight, even if it is not included with the device.

The weight can vary from about half pound to 5 pounds. It is recommended to start with small weights and only increase as the body builds resistance. People using more weight should be careful to avoid injuries such as hernia. Also, as more weight is used, the weight should be used for less time.
