Dr. Mohamed Bidair, M.D.[a 1], is a California-based urologist and avid promoter of usually-unnecessary elective adult circumcision surgery.[1]
Dr. Bidair has a website but the adverse sexual effects of circumcision are not well-communicated. The surgeon most provide all material information to the patient before informed consent can be granted.
