Foreskinned is an adjective that means "having a foreskin"; being intact.[1] [2] Foreskinned is an antonym to circumcised.
A foreskinned penis is an intact penis.

Foreskinned males
Almost every boy is born with a foreskin (see Aposthia for exceptions). Being born without a foreskin is neither the norm nor an indication of being a religious prophet, but simply a rare anomaly of nature. Foreskinned males have a complete penis and a preputial sac and enjoy the full range of penile functions.[3] A normal penis is foreskinned.
