Pearly penile papules (PPP) are a "localized nodular anatomic variant of the penile corona, first seen at ages 20-50 as a verrucous lesion."[1]

Description

PPP occur mostly on the glans penis of some men near the corona. They are more common on men with an intact foreskin and less common on circumcised men.
