KAHAL is a nonprofit Israeli organization of parents who haven't had their boys circumcised. The name of the group is a Hebrew acronym for "parents of intact children", while the Hebrew word Kahal generally stands for "congregation, congregation, religious community".[1] <re fname="gradstein2018">
