BUFF

Brothers United for Future Foreskins (BUFF) was founded in the USA in 1982. It seems to be the first organization in the USA advocating foreskin restoration. Later, BUFF has been supplanted by the National Organization for the Restoration of Men, aka NORM.

“	Persons interested in foreskin reconstruction. Disseminates information on methods of foreskin reconstruction to men who have been circumcised and who "prefer to be natural again". Opposes circumcision as "useless mutilation".
