American [[intactivists]] held a meeting at Evanston, Illinois that was timed to coincide with the annual meeting of the [[American Academy of Pediatrics]] in nearby Chicago. The intent was to demonstrate at the AAP meeting. Hill attended that meeting where he met many intactivists, including [[Geoffrey T. Falk]], who at that time was a graduate student from [[Canada]]. Falk had some knowledge of the creation of websites and wanted to create a website to provide information online about circumcision on the then new Internet.
