BUFF

Brothers United for Future Foreskins (BUFF) was founded in the USA in 1982. It seems to have been the first organization in the USA advocating foreskin restoration. Later, BUFF was supplanted by UNCIRC and the National Organization of Restoring Men, aka NORM.

“	Persons interested in foreskin reconstruction. Disseminates information on methods of foreskin reconstruction to men who have been circumcised and who "prefer to be natural again". Opposes circumcision as "useless mutilation".
