Steve Scott is an intactivist from Utah.

Scott is the Director of NOCIRC of Utah and formerly the Education Outreach Coordinator for NOCIRC.[1]

Scott was a faculty member of the Seventh International Symposium, the Eighth International Symposium, the Ninth International Symposium, the Tenth International Symposium, and the Fifteenth International Symposium.

Under Scott's administration, NOCIRC of Utah persuaded the Utah legislature to end funding for medically-unnecessary circumcision, saving about $379,000 annually and causing the incidence of hospital circumcision to decline to 39 percent.[1]

Scott is currently the Vice President for Anatomical Research of Doctors Opposing Circumcision.
